1. "Cisgendered" is gender, a social construct. Gender are attitudes about biological sex. They are not the same no matter how anyone tries to spin it. Those anyones tend to be right-wingers seeking excuses to oppress people.
2. Exactly, which is why I wrote this. Instead of allowing the dominant forces in society decide who people are, we should allow individuals to choice their own identities. Note that the major theme in my article is individuality.
3. Not automatically, but inevitably when labels are more important than people.
We can't open the door to gender expression until we remove the labels. Adding more labels doesn't change the dynamics of depersonalization.
