Ah, but this is fallacious reasoning. That B can be influenced by A does not mean B is necessarily influenced by A. Extending that to the core question of our free will, that decisions can be influenced by external forces does not mean the will is always influenced, i.e. - incapable of decisions. The will is a cause of our decisions and actions.
