As you and I have discussed in our other articles, so much surrounding the UFO responses is people seeing what they want to see and their preferred outcome clouding thier perception and judgment. One paradigm shift that needs to occur, which I see you hint at late in the article, is to stop looking at the government as the center of all of this. The Cold War mentality is still strong and people still think of this in military terms. When we let go of that paradigm, the truth will be easier to find.
