Czech Republic is not that rich for a European country, but it is small. But unlike the US, it isn't controlled by corporations, so government works much more for the people and people have fewer health problems because of better diet and fewer toxins in the environment.

I have no idea where you heard that Europeans are getting drugs subsidized by the US. No, it's EU regulations that prohibits Big Pharma from charged four-figure percentage markups on pharmaceuticals. Also, the idea the European nations aren't paying their fair share for NATO is a Trump lie. Finally, European pharmaceutical companies can can create medicines far more efficiently and inexpensively than do the US Big Pharma corps. Why? Again, regulations, culture, and not needing to siphon off funds for stock and bond holders.
