<Does Medium listen to suggestions? I hope it does.>
Still no responses yet. Some people tell me that Medium doesn’t care and others claim that they’ve been blackballed for complaining. I hope that none of that is true. Maybe they just haven’t seen the article and the comments from their customers. There’s room for improvement. We can still build a community dedicated to high-quality content, a site that works for users, and together create a better Internet.
