Dr. Yildiz, you and I share the same vision, even if may have minor differences in strategy because we bring different skill sets. I also, have since 2021 been trying to prod Medium into listening to their customers who have very good suggestions. Alas, all I've received in return is gaslighting and even a little hostility. I want to do what I can to make Medium a better experience for all of us who use it. It CAN be a great platform.

On the attacks you receive, there's a wonderful concept in philosophy from the French word "ressentiment" that expresses the hatred people have because they feel impotent compared to others who are having happiness and success. The more successful one is, the more joy they have in their lives, the more some people with insecurity and cynicism will try to tear them down. Receiving such hatred used to bother me until I realized that it was a sign that I was on a good path.
