Even if logic is objectively true, as in existing even if no human being believes it, the reality remains that logic can only be thought of by humans when they believe in it. As for logic being a matter of social agreement, I point to the evolution of the understanding of logic--compare Aristotle to Tarski--and to Buddhist logic as differing from Western logic.
