Except, you are referring to later versions of Buddhism. Protestantism was a later development of Christianity, but the existence of their doctrine does not mean that Catholicism isn’t Christianity or that no one is Catholic. In my three articles, I referred to the earliest forms of Buddhism, doctrines that are still held by many, despite later innovations and watering down of those original doctrines. Even so, the so-called “heresy” of “eternalism” is condemned as an expression of the Buddhist belief that the self should be negated and annihilated. That is to what I refer in my articles.
