He is being intellectually dishonest in this video, using a strawman definition of "wokeness," misrepresenting Marxism and liberalism (and most of the philosophers he mentions, to be honest), and twisting it all to fit a faux-academic narrative to appeal to those who fear diversity and critical examination. No matter how softly one speaks, if one speaks biased untruths, one is being unbalanced and irrational.
