Hi Kaia,

Thanks for speaking up. Absolutely, the experiences of women are similar. I suspect, quite frankly, that women's voices are even less welcome. In my field, philosopher, fewer than 1-in-5 faculty members are women, and those who are have to fight to be taken seriously.

We need to have many conversations to get out of this misrecognition of subaltern voices. Gender. race, ethnic, and so on.

Keep hoping and working :)
