Hi Marcus. You subscribe to my articles' e-mail feed (and thank you for that) so you get to see everything I publish. But the other 2,000 people who follow me but don't subscribe are at the mercy of the algorithm. I know from experience that I don't see the vast majority of what people I follow publish without specifically looking.
