I seldom appear on camera in my YouTube videos because as you can see, I have a face made for radio. But I’m going to put my face on here because I want to counter some of the talking heads out there. They are certainly no less physically ugly than me, but what is far more important than physical appearance is substance.

I’m a philosopher. I’m a professor. I think and talk about substance, and I write about substance. So I want to talk about people who don’t, specifically in response to a group of people on YouTube that I call the Fake Left.

They aren’t the only ones in the Fake Left. I’ve written about the Fake Left in my two recent books, Left Wing, Right Wing, People and Power and Why Trump?
