I apologize for not seeing your comment earlier. I am using a broad definition of “thought” as any mental activity, both conscious and unconscious, which can be found in both Eastern and Western thought. Thoughts are of many kinds — some linear, some not, some of us, and some not. That is why the human mind and soul are so beautiful. I am actually rejecting the binary expressed by the celebrity in my article.
