I have read the original Pali canon. They are what I am answering in this and my more recent article. I have also studied and taught Buddhist literature and also literature from other spiritual philosophies East and West. What I say about Buddhist ideology is accurate and reflects actual Buddhist belief and practice. As for meditation, I have practiced for 25 years. It is part of why I know Buddhism is wrong aabout the self, thoughts, and suffering.
