I say there is a difference between philosophical realism and scientific realism. Both are forms of naive realism but the scientific form raises it to a level of dogmatism. Thus, there are also forms of anti-realism, philosophy having multiple forms.

My reading of Kuhn is that his main contention is that scientists forget that their observations are structures by their theoretical beliefs. That is an attack on scientific realism as dogmatism but not a truly anti-realist position.
