I want to emphasize that I have been a huge booster (in the real sense) of Medium since I started here in 2018. I write to make a difference and that includes this article. I hope there will be constructive responses to the problem--the open secret--that we are talking about here rather than reprisals against those who speak up and advocate for a better Medium.
