It is human nature for us to want the government that works best for us. A key difference is who is mature enough to understand that government should work for more than our own interests. Where that line is between self-centeredness and a realistic attitude is difficult to know, but definitely, libertarians are on the wrong side of that line.

I like the rest of your comments. Very insightful. Libertarians can come around once they realize that not all external power is coercive and thus. governmental power is not necessarily an enemy to be eliminated. It connects with their need to get beyond self-centeredness.
