No, because any "tick the boxes" list reflects political theory more than political realities. There are multiple such lists out there vying to be the one that "defines" whatever the list maker wants to call "fascism." It's a schoolboy/schoolgirl exercise that reflects subjective attitudes.

I'm a political phenomenologist more than a political theorist. That means letting the phenomena of the time and place show me what's going on rather than trying to fit phenomena into prefabricated boxes.

Spectrums exist and there are some broad patterns, but never totalizing or eternal forces. We can say that political movements can be understood along a power spectrum, as I detailed in my books. But at most that gives us a foothold for further phenomenological investigation. Time wasted trying to tick boxes doesn't help us one bit in understanding much less dealing with any political movement.
