No, I am not., Solipsism is the belief that there exists nothing but myself. I certainly believe in an external reality and entities that are not me. As for the body, of course we have one, and in this physical body we are situated in space. On the one hand, I am not a Berkeleian idealist in believing there is no matter. On the other hand, I am not a materialist reductionist in believing there is nothing mental/spiritual.

The sensations of the body are part of our experiences. We have both bodily and mental experiences. I experience the sight of a tree and I experience my thoughts about my seeing a tree. Bodily suffering affects who we are just as our negative thoughts do. Same for positive experiences. We have all of these experiences, and they and our reactions to them are who we are.
