Not only is it great that you toot your own horn, let’s give you a bigger horn. Great article making excellent lessons for people. My parents taught me in a rather abstract and noncommittal way not to be racist but the structure of racial hierarchies are so pervasive that unconscious habits of racial subordination are inevitable. It takes SO much work to overcome them. Like you say in your article, people need to constantly question their actions to unlearn old habits and learn new ones.
