Similar but not identical. Scheler rejected Nietzsche's use of ressentiment, correctly understanding that Nietzsche was motivated by his prejudice against Christianity. Scheler applied the concept to humanity as being a possibility for anyone, rather than targeting a specific group as Nietzsche did. For those reasons, Scheler's use of ressentiment is far more accurate.
