The bigger question, to my mind, is who decides what is propaganda. The Trumpers have designated telling truths as “propaganda” and try to censor everyone who sees otherwise. Responding by saying Trump and his sycophants are engaging in propaganda is closer to reality but still runs afoul of the same tactics.
