This is true of all photos because when I was a kid, you had a roll of 16 pictures and then you had to get them developed. Photos were precious because there were limits. You had to be more selective on what you spent your film on. With cell phones, photos are a dime a million. And yes, with computer software, any photr can be easily manipulated. All this is especially problematic concerning UFOs. Though as I mentioned in my article buried somewhere in this publication, even the totality of UFO photos are not compelling proof.
