To my mind, even the conversation of accomplishments vs. obstructionism is more of the same us vs. them talk. You're right, voters don't care about that. They are tired of the two parties treating politics like a game of who scored the last point. That's why they have turned out.

Over one-third of eligible voters didn't vote in 2020. Over HALF didn't turn out in 2018. There's your audience that you need to convince: HALF of America that you need to give ideas worth voting for, and all you need is to convince 2 or 3% of those to not stay at home and vote for your party.

Blaming Republicans has never worked. Time to talk issues.
