Well, "rage-filled individuals with self-anointed privilege" is a great start on a definition of "right-winger." You say there are similar people across the spectrum, but the salient question is what are they angry about? One way to look at it is the right-winger is angry about rights being afforded to people they don't like while others are angry about rights NOT being afforded to people. Civil Rights are a prime example of this difference.
