Well, that's the thing isn't it--sexism and the objectification and oppression of women are "normal" not "weird" in one sense of that latter word. It is "weird" in the context of cultural change that has largely informed people that women aren't second-class citizens. Perhaps we can use "weird" to shame and point out that sexism (and racism) are archaic bigotries that have no place in today's society.
