Yes, Libertarians feel they are free to form cartels, and while they will say that workers are also free to form them, the rest of Libertarian ideology favors the power of wealth. Thus, the only recourse granted to workers and consumers by Libertarians and the closely related anarchists is to use force to compel corporations to be responsive. It’s a worldview that might makes right.
