"You can decide what this information means for you."
Many good points in this article, but with my philosopher's hat on, this one stood out for me as the best (though "you are safe" may be even better). People personally interpret information. That is a necessary activity and usually it is a good and healthy activity. But just as with every other bit of information people encounter, from the results of a sports game to a political debate, people interpret information in terms of their own endeavors. I've long been fascinated by UFO phenomena not only for the information about the witnesses' experiences but by people's interpretations of the phenomena. The UFO phenomena are elastic enough that people can easily rewrite their own narrative about what the UFO phenomena are and mean. The stories that people have created about UFOs, the skeptics and the believers, are perhaps more interesting and revealing than the UFO experiences themselves.
Since you are taking this topic seriously and with an objective perspective, I am curious about your expert opinion on my view of the disclosure idea: https://medium.com/on-the-trail-of-the-saucers/ufos-what-if-theres-nothing-to-disclose-68daad64743
